Ok, so I bought a Stealthcam camera,sd card, and reader I can view pics from my laptop but not my iPhone 8 Plus I have downloaded the I drive easy app but it won’t work!!! Any suggestions? I have deleted the app and reinstalled it also

They are having an issue with the app. The app has been discontinued and the old reader is not compatible with any other app.
Call Stealth Cam and they will send you a new reader. It's a huge pain. They really should have just paid someone to develop a dedicated Steal Cam app.Comment

It takes a lot for me to get frustrated with a company but I have had issues with their cameras, card readers and SD cards. I will not be buying anymore of their products.Comment

I called Stealthcam and they are sending a new reader, and yes the app updated to broken so they are sending out new ones that use a different appComment

I must have a new version Stealthcam reader. Mine works fine on both iPad and iPhone with the i-EasyDrive app.Comment

I called the number on the website and it didn't work the the first time so I called back. It went through and I got an automated system and was on hold for a while until I was asked if I wanted a callback. Still waiting on that return call now. I don't know the name of the company the automated system greeted me with but it wasn't Stealthcam. I was asked if I had a problem with tree stand or climbing stand to press 2??Comment

They called back and are actually sending me another card reader but its the QMCR and not the simple card reader that isn't working. Hopefully this works, customer service has been great.Comment
