Need plumbers advise - Toilet pipe Flange

I’m preparing to lay the final round of tile in our small bathroom. Pulled the toilet and noticed that one side of the flange is broke and had a “jerry rigged” fix on one of the fastener bolts. So, i have attached a picture of the flange so y’all can see. Is this typically a threaded type flange or a glued flange? How hard is it to replace this normally? Just want it to be right when it gets put back in. I hate pulling toilets

Also....you only need to know 2 things to be a plumber

        1. Shat runs down hill
        2. Don't bite your fingernails

Having just been through this myself I can tell you that none of the "quick fix" or patches worked for me. I had to replace the broken flange. It was not easy for me as I am not a plumber. But, i got it done. One huge difference between mine and yours is I have wood floors and you have concrete. So, that being said. I hope you can get some better advice, or call a plumber, which will not be cheap........

I had one like this and I used a saber saw with a hacksaw blade and cut thru it about 4 times. Then I used a wood chisel to remove it came out. Similar to this: [ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ZNWDN5S5I8"]How To Remove a PVC Toilet Flange - DIY - Step by Step - YouTube[/ame]

Before you try and cut that entire flange out, try a $5 spanner flange from Home Depot or Lowes.

              YouTube is also your friend.

Home Depot list assuming you have a drill,
Internal pvc cutter and a new flange that cements INSIDE 4" pipe , primer, pic cement.
