    Current recommendation for jap/cheese summer sausage in Tyler/Lindale area?

    Wife wants some summer sausage made from part of the deer I killed

    What is the current favorite in my area?

    P&P in New Summerfield made the best summer sausage I've ever eaten earlier this year. My only regret is that I didn't get twice as much made, but I'm about to remedy that. It was made from axis though, might have had something to do with it. All my friends (both of them) and family said it was the best they ever had too.

      Circle M meats off old Longview hwy. Best in the business and just an all around super guy. Give him a shot. You won't be disappointed.
