    Regarding Polaris Ranger Crew, 2013 800 EPS model....

    How does the battery recharge...do they have alternator's?

    I honestly don't know...guess I should but bet I can get an answer from the GS quick!

    Obviously mechanics is NOT one of my strong suits...

    They have a stator. Charging problem could be that or the regulator/rectifier. Probably the regulator though.

      No alternator on Polaris rangers. They use a stator.

        Thanks! I totally forgot about the stator, same thing as my previous Harleys had. Now I really feel a little "old" and forgetful....
