So we’re in the process of building a home. -Our first home at that. We are scheduled to close somewhere around the end of November. To get preapproval I provided all of my financial info to the lender that I chose to use. We haven’t done any other paperwork for the home loan. It will be a VA loan through the VLB.

My question is this: how would me changing jobs affect the loan process? I’m miserable with the situation I’m in and am wanting to change companies. I would have a new job before leaving this one and it would almost certainly come with a raise. I’m not changing fields or anything, just companies. So would this screw up anything in the loan process?
