Run over on Rice Rd in EN Waller CO. Lived in this area for 7yrs and have neve seen what I think it is. Short stumpy tail with heavy keeled scales. What's throughing me off is the color of the belly markings.

It was flat, the Broadbanded water snakes have a lot of color variations.
