GT Distributors are my go to guys for all FFL transfers. I believe last year I paid $25.00 for a transfer of a new handgun, but I think that price was if you had a valid LTC or were a LEO:

$25 with CHL. They are always fast. I heard there are still a few places that do 15 or 20 but can not confirm.
