Carlisle is junk. So is Good Year. Both will delaminate and fail quickly
Greenball is good. Their Towmaster line is decent.
Whatever you choose, get the tires balanced. There’s a lot of mouth breathers that will tell you it isn’t necessary. Put it this way: anytime a tire is spinning at 70 miles per hour, it needs to be balanced. Otherwise it will wear poorly, cause the trailer not to track correctly, and destroy bearings in short order.
I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately...
I forget the brand name but I put tires on my trailer from Discount Tire (their brand) and they’ve been great. I’ve driven it 85 mph from The Woodlands to Del rio and all over my lease through thorns and cactus. They’ve held up really well and I’ll buy them again for sure. I even left the trailer at the lease for over a year in a field with no cover and they have given me no issues.
Just put a real radial tire on it. The brand doesn't matter. The tires that come on utility trailers are crap. I bought my trailer in 07. In a year they were gone. Went by discount tire and told them to put some radials on it. That was 10 years ago and I'm still rolling strong. I think they are the Maxxis 8008.
Have the same ones but larger size on 28ft gooseneck and no problems.

Just checked with my tire shop, that size radial is very hard to find.

my buddy owns sardis tires between Midlothian and Waxahachie and whatever they put on mine have been great. I wanna say they are towmaster, trailstar or something like that I can check when I get home if you want. I was having flats all the time and he fixed me up with these and I have them on four trailers right now and only one flat in the last 4-5 years
Powerking Towmax trailer tires do really well. Get 8 ply. If you have the clearance you can go to a 205/90R15. It will be a heavy duty 10 ply. Definitely get them balanced.
Brandon, I saw those tires on YouTube awhile back, I don’t use the trailer enough to justify the cost. But, they are great for frequent use like you stated.
