    Hummingbird season has begun.

    Saw my first ruby throated of the season, time to start feeding these little creatures. New Braunfels.

        None in Georgetown yet. We've got 1 feeder out hoping they show up soon.

              Tried feeding them 3 years ago, bees aint left since.....
              Any tips on keeping hummingbirds but not bees?

                I haven't seen any yet, but looking forward to it. Thought about putting a game camera on my feeder, but we will see if it picks them up.

                        I was told, if your feeder has yellow petals, that is what draws the bees.

                            Gf is a researcher by nature and read the same thing Buckshot said, yellow attracts bees. She loves these little birds. We were at Calloways buying stuff to plant and she bought a "hummingbird swing"! It will be interesting to see if they use it. Guess we will get a feeder up!
