My 2007 Tundra's door locks unlock fine with the key fob, but when I try to use the actual key in the door it will not unlock. Turns fine. I think the are electrical rather than mechanical. Tried both keys. Tried graphite. Opened up door panel and all connections good. Any suggestions?

If you can open up the door panel, should be one screw behind the plate behind the inside handle and one screw under that little flet thing. The door panel should pop off it has plastic tabs holding onto the door. There’s 2 cables that run to the door hand, 1 to the handle the other one to the lock and I bet that cable came loose.

Link to video on how to take It all apart.... And then rebuild the power actuator for the electric lock. You shouldn't need the second part.
I replaced all of the actuator motors several years ago. Maybe I did not put together right then. Will check
