I'm using 3/4 for the floor, and I put a rabbit into the seam and then used liquid nails to try and keep this thing as critter tight as I can. The walls are 2x3's and I've varied the window height. Front windows are 39" high and back windows are 35. I'm building the shell here in Spring and then taking it down and driving it to Rocksprings. It will take some time to "finish" this once it is up. I'm going to insulate the inside and wrap it 1/4 ply. Then I will run a solar panel and battery, as well as a rigid pipe for a propane tank to be hung outside. This may be some overkill but the goal is to get my wife out with me and her idea of roughing it is a 4 star resort. So lots of work to do......

update
Sunday I was able to get all the walls done and the roof. The roof is about 7' x 7' to keep as much rain off the windows as I can. I was fortunate to have a buddy that got me a roll of a stick on asphalt shingle type product. It is supposed to be good up to 130 mile an hour winds.... I am still going to put some aluminum edge banding around the sides to keep the wind from peeling it up on the corners.Last edited by kribbz; 05-29-2017, 07:54 PM.

Today I was able to get the siding on and trim out the windows. I am planning on putting corners on to keep the water away from the OSB siding but since I am disassembling to take this to rock springs I didn't put it on here at the house. This week I'm going to be painting, making doors and windows as well as prepping the trailer for the trip.
Question: Do y'all paint the insides of your blinds or leave it bare wood?
