More judges taking power away from POTUS

This decision better behttp://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2017/05/25/federal-judges-invite-muslims-veto-security-policy-campaign-statements-free-elections/ corrected by the high court

Trump Admin has been losing this fight big time. For the life of me I don't know why these cases weren't put before the SCOTUS the day after Gorsuch was confirmed. I cant believe that these judges actually put in writing in their decision that the wording of the travel ban is irrelevant because "we" know what he really means.

I really think by these moron judges stating this they are subjecting themselves to incompetence and removal. They can't possibly give a fair judgement in a case with this thinking.

Maybe they think they know what he means because he called for "the total and complete shutdown of muslims entering the United States"

This is the moment Donald Trump's call for a "total and complete" ban on Muslims entering the United States was met with wild applause from the Republican fr...

Put your personal feelings aside. He causes a lot of his own problems by opening his mouth. Although this was a prepared statement that someone thought wise to read. Maybe it helped fire up his base to get him elected but it was a stupid thing to say if you want to actually get future legislation passed.

You are completely missing the point. My personal feelings about impartiality of our courts? No, I dont think ill put them aside. Pot meet kettle.

Guess you missed my point as well. He called for banning people of a certain religion. Then he changes the wording and tried to institute a ban of people from countries who practice that religion. How smart is that.....to have a religious ban in a country founded on freedom of religion? That gives the judges the ammo they need to make these "judgements".

I don't disagree with the ban. I'm actually for a ban on all immigrants until we can get our government figured out. But how about spreading the blame a little to Trump for giving the ammo for the judges to act the way they are?

He could of called for the extermination of them. The judges arent allowed to do anything more than work within the context of the written language of the ban.

Maybe you better call the judges and let them know the rules. I haven't seen Trump doing much to dispute it.....besides tweeting about "so called" judges. That has been helping tons as well.

Then who is missing the point ? Trump campaign rhetoric is no different than Ayatollah Obama rhetoric.

So he said ban all Muslims, ban all women, all Mexicans,,, ban the whole creaking world on the campaign !!!!

But what does EXACTLY does this order read and say ???? Obviously it is not a wide scope to ban ALL Muslims,,, duh ! Muslims from any other country can come except those listed countries.

Judges are being A political and this is scarey! They are reading words that are not on the order. Until an order comes that says ban all Muslims these judges are out of order and should be removed.

What is the time frame on the SCOTUS decision? How many more terrorists will be in the country by the time this happens?

Could have all been avoided if he wouldn't say and tweet stupid stuff. That is my point.

Or, if the judges did their sworn duty and followed the law by ruling on the wording in the EO, not by their "feelings"!
