    Saltgrass "SPARTAN ROUND"

    This Sunday, March 29th

    The course is set 15 , 3D targets, scored the standard way.

    THEN,

    the Field Archery Course
    14 targets on the Field Archery Spot Range, shooting 2 arrows per target !
    All distances are known, and max is 58 yards.
    scoring: 5pts for X and bullseye
    4pts for the white ring
    3pts for the outer blue ring
    BIG targets for long distance ,,,,,, LITTLE targets for close distance
    We will have another Spartan Round in a few months featuring game animals on the spot the range instead of spots !!

    the WEATHER will be wonderful Come on out, and have some FUN

    Man I do not have a 54 yd pin. I will have to guess!! haha Matthew and I will try and be there! May have a mess of kids with me so look out

      Love me a mess o kids

      Don't worry about not having a 58 yd pin. If the arrow falls short, it sticks into the nice soft ground.

      If you OVER compensate and the arrow goes over the butt, NO problem, it will be stuck in the nice soft ground

              the SPARTAN ROUND was a lot of fun !!

              Thank you , every one, for your help. We had a great turn out and lot's of fun

              Of course, it helps having the best 2 weather days of the year !!!
