    Grilling Corn?

What's ya'lls best way to grill corn?

    #2
We pull the husks back then rub the corn with butter and Tony C. Then place the husks back over the corn and put on the grill at low for 20 min. I am getting hungry just talking about it. In fact a am going to stop at the store and get some for tonight. Good Luck

Fill the sink with water and put your ears of corn in there for about 10-15 min.

Take out of sink, and put on grill.

Take off grill and shuck, butter, and eat.

Soak in H20. Grill. Peel back husk and add garlic butter/grated parmesan cheese. Enjoy!

I do it the same way, except I just grill the corn on low for 15-20 minutes and then rub on some "bayou butter"...

            Bayou Butter

Leave 1 stick of butter out for 2 hours.
When it is soft, mix in about 3 tbsps Tony's, about 2 tbsps Louisiana Brand Creole Seasoning and as much cayenne as you like
Form back into "stick" shape and roll the butter back into its wrapper
            Put in freezer over night

I pull the silk off of the corn and leave the husk on. Then I rub the corn in butter and sprinkle on some Barnacle Dust. I then wrap the husk back around the corn and place on the grill. I make a garlic/cilantro/lime butter drizzle on the side to drizzle on the corn after it is ready.
