    I really want to shoot one!

    I'm all about management and I have practiced and preached it where ever I have hunted. Over the last nine years I have passed on bucks only to watch other guys haul them in to camp later. These deer are way, way bigger than anything I have harvested. I just don't know if I could pass a shot opportunity on one of these guys, I know they could use more age....

      If you are the only one passing younger bucks on your lease, no since passing one up if it trips your trigger.

                  If you haven't killed in nine years, which you didn't say exactly, I say shoot something. But if you have killed some, these need to walk

                              I think some times we let hunting shows and other peoples success tell us what a trophy is when we shouldn't listen to them. If one of those would be a personal best, it sounds like a trophy to me.
