Took a bad shot and bent my insert. How do you go about removing those, so I can salvage the arrow?

What was it glued in with? Hot melt, super glue? -

Pull the nock out, put a drill bit inside that barely fits and sling the arrow up and down. The drill bit will work like a slide hammer and knock out the insert.Comment
