    Shortening PSE Stinger

I recently had some Korbin strings ut on and added a string loop. I have never shot a loop before, and I think the 1/2" increase in length was just a hair too much, so I want to shorten my draw length on my 2008 PSE Stinger NI. I know all you have to do is change one fo the modules, but something else needs to be changed. Does anyone here know how to chang the draw length on a Stinger. iF so, if you could show some pictures of what needs to be moved, Ide appreciate it.

THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS... Thanks to PSE’s newly-designed riser geometry, the Shootdown Pro deftly exceeds the high performance, repeatability, and holding standards that target shooters need to compete at a high level, while also delivering the speed and comfort bowhunters need to get the job done on the hunt. I bet you can find your answer there.

OK, I assume the stop is the stud on the opposite side of the cam from the draw lenght module, Right?

If so, there are 4 holes, A 80%, A 65%, B 80%, and B 65%. The length module has settings from A through D. My length module is on what looks to be A, so I will move it to B. I assume thats as far as I can go since the string stop only show settings for A and B.

Someone tell me, if you understood that, am I looking at the right stuff?

OK, but is what Im looking at the stop? It only shows adjustment for A and B settings. I just want to make tripple sure that Im looking at the right stuff before I go unbolting the darn thing.

If the string or cables are not engaged then u can use the allen screws to adjust..

Should move the stop to matche the length and get what let-off u want.

Engaged meaning holding pressure on that part, or engaged as in, not in a bow press?

As in no pressure on it.

Got it now. Shortened it by on letter, which I think is about an inch. Compared to what it was, it feels almost too short, but I can really press into the back wall and it feels alot more solid. I guess its better to have a shorter draw than one thats too long.

ONly got to try it at 8 yds since my shed is so short, but Im gonna try it out at 20 and 30 and see Im any more steady.

Usually u will be more consistent with a shorter draw, but if its tight then maybe it should go back. If u were close bet I could get it where u need to be.. LOL

Its not cramping me, its just shorter than it used to be, so it will take a little adjustment on my part to get used to it. It really feeld good and solid at full draw now, and its nice not to be all stretched out. When I was shooting off the string, it felt just a hair long, but it was what I was used to. The D loop just made it on the verge of uncumfortable. Now it feels better.
