Academy. Limbsaver string dampner. Mounts on front or back where your stabilizer mounts. I love mine. Cost about $40.

Heavy arrows. What energy the bow's cams and limbs produce that is not absorbed by the arrow goes into noise and vibration. Go to heavier arrows and the arrow will absorb more of the energy and thus, less noise and vibration!

I've got one of the quietest bows I've ever seen. I have a limbsaver x coil stabilizer, the limbsaver limb dampers as close to the cams as I can get it, cable leaches, cat whiskers, and heavy arrows. It packs a whollop and is whisper quiet.

Have somebody hold the bow and then start thumping the riser with your fist and move your ear around close to the bow to figure out where the sound us coming from. Much easier if somebody holds it for you. Listen carefully around your sight and rest for noise sources.

String silences and a string stop as suggested will stop string noise but not something loose and vibrating.

Did you find the noise? Sights with a loose screw are notorious to make a noise.
