Pics are a little small, but they look like warts to me. It is an infection of some type, I think viral, and while gross looking doesn't hurt the deer. The warts will fall off eventually.Comment

Did a little checking actually called cutaneous fibroma virus, which causes the warts. They will fall off.Comment
