I got some 100gr thunderheads. I'm shooting 09 admiral @ 266fps with gt xt hunters 55/75 @ 63#, should these fly well out of this set up? I've read that people had trouble with bows over 260fps and others say they're fine out of a tuned bow. I got it from Rocky so its tuned!

I had some thunderheads up to about 290fps and they flew fine. -
that is all I have ever used and I don't know why anyone would want anything different.... they work!Comment

I agree with the others, I used them for years, speed didn't affect them in the least.Comment

I've used thunderheads for years and they flew the same as my field points. The only problem I have with them is that when u hit bone on animals they will bend and you will have to replace the blades. I switched to muzzy and they hold together great while hitting and braking bones..Comment
