Great way to end the holiday weekend. Grilled shrimp and dove (shot this morning) - saffron rice and veggies - oh man!

Bacon wrapped dove with japs and venison backstrap cooked on mesquite.
I had to stop by 2 different Labor Day cook outs today. Everyone was asking why I wasn't eating much. Hot dogs and hamburgers. I passed. Lol.

Very nice!
Checkout the smoked backstrap I did in the recipe section. The culinary aspect of hunting is my main reason. Love cooking wild game.
