Default Rage Fail?

Is this finally photographic proof of a rage fail incident? 3-bladed entry wound and it never made it thru the shoulder blade maybe?

Got to have been a Rage. Any other broadhead on the market would have blown through this deer and killed the one standing behind it!

I have done pretty good with the Hypos, but I shot a doe a touch high broadside at 28 yards and did not get pass through. I had at least 18in or better of a 28in shaft sticking out of her. I watched as the illuminated knock disappeared out of site. Not one drop of blood. Brought out a dog the next morning with out success. Not sure if it was rage error or shooter error.

I have never been a fan of rage blades and do not use or recommend them ever,, but lacking anything but a photo I will not support or assume this was done by a rage head.

People make rages way too difficult. Want to shoot a big a** mechanical BH? Well then shoot a heavy arrow with a good FOC out of a heavy poundage bow and there will be no problems I promise

Looks like a montec g5 to me. If you trail her another 800 yards you might start picking up a blood trail.

change heads if you don't like them, I have shot 5 deer with the 2 blades and have got them all, this year I tried the NAP Killzone on a doe and she went 40 yards.

g5's are the sharpest blades on the market and leave the best blood trails......said no one ever. in all seriousness though....I have never used a three-bladed Rage. About eight years ago a guy I hunted with lost two deer with them. May have been the shot but.....that was enough for me to NOT ever try them out.

Same here. I understand that there were known issues with the 3-blade broadheads. There are some dead critters that would argue the effectiveness of their 2-blade broadheads though.

Definitely not a Rage. I have yet to lose a deer shot with a Rage. I will use nothing else.
2 Blade Rage, Rage Hypodermic, Chinese version of the Rage Hypodermic --All have worked flawlessly for me and my son.

Anyone that says RAGE failed them, is just looking for an excuse to cover up for their poor shooting. The only RAGE failure that I've experienced, was operator error, where I screwed up the shot. It wasn't the broadhead's fault.

Mechanicals(Rage) are for the typical high fence hunters that drive Fords. Then of course the static broadheads are much better on low fence with low poundage (30) and your driving a GM product. Now if your a bad driver and your hauling a load of hog poison, and you got a Bear bow behind the seat, the theme changes.
