Well we made it to the airport. Had to change flights from our original 7:45 to a 2:00 flight because of a cancellation. Then we got put on a 9:20 a couple days ago to find out when we got here that it got canceled. So they finally sorted it out for us to fly to Vancouver then to Calgary. Got through security and all that, now we are eating breakfast and I was texting the outfitter to let him know when we would be there but our Vancouver tickets don't have arrival times. So my buddy that's with me went to customer service to figure it out. When he gets there they tell him our bags will be on the 9:20 flight we were supposed to be on. So now while I'm eating pancakes and typing this he's trying to get us on the right flight that we were supposed to be on. Between the storm and all this I'm about ready to yank my hair out, but I'll keep y'all posted

Gotta relax and enjoy the ride or travel will drive you nuts! Good luck on the hunt, the grow them big up there. I did a combo mule deer and antelope hunt in Alberta years ago. Killed a great goat and saw some big mulies. Wasn't able to connect on a big buck but they are there. I will be following.Comment
