    Crab rolls with miso sauce

    This is a dish i made up a few weeks ago using leftover crab meat and some thinly sliced ribeye. All you do is take the sliced ribeye and roll up the crab mixture (make sure the mixture is really cold). Get a pan really hot and sear the crab rolls for about 30sec on each side. Plate them and top with miso sauce or any other sauce you want.

    Crab mixture:

    1 4oz package of mild goat cheese.
    4 oz of lump crab meat
    2 sprigs of green onion chopped.
    1 shallot minced
    salt and pepper.

    Miso Sauce:

    1 rounded tablespoon white or yellow miso
    2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar, or 1 tablespoon rice vinegar and 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
    ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
    1 small garlic press, minced or put through a press
    Pinch of cayenne
    2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
    2 tablespoons peanut oil or grapeseed oil
    2 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt

            Just don't get banned from TBH and we should be good. I just searched posts started by Jason85 and its pretty much a cook book

                        Not yet. Was going to last weekend but ran out of time. Just grilled a steak. Hopefully on Sunday though if this weekend works out. I'll post up when I do.

                          Gave it a try last night. Good. Would change to flank and cut thinner. Really good though.

                              They look good! If you can find an Asian Market they sell thinly sliced ribeye. It would be hard to achieve that thin of a slice unless you have a slicer...
