Default Did I get a good deal on this welder?

The old man bought it 10/18/06 and it doesn't look like he ran a full spool of wire through it. I gave $600 for it, with the half full owner bottle. I really wanted it to be a 252, but I couldn't pass this one up.

Very good deal considering the machine looks practically new and came with a bottle of gas.

Haha, no thanks. I rarely fall into good deals, so I jumped on this one. Will a 40A breaker be enough?

If I'm reading the spec sheet correctly, you'll be fine with a 40A breaker.

Yessir. I have one that I bought in '04 and it runs like a top. I run 75/25 thru mine and glue 1/4 together all day. Never glued 3/8 but it's rated up to that thickness. **** good buy.

Just adding. I have a 211, handy little machine just too short of a duty cycle.

Get a lincoln 140 hd. That's what I got for piddling around and that sucker can weld. I use flux core in it and made a high rack for my truck, taken it out several times. Very durable.
