Wild pig bacon smoke

First time I've tried this so it's new to me. Like I do with deer when I get a fat one, I cut some off when processing and fried it in a pan. If theres no gamey/foul taste then, I'll keep it in the meat. Tasted good then so we'll see how the bacon turns out! Have about 30 pounds of breakfast sausage form this pig and I added no extra fat.Turned out great!
