I could do that as long as I didn't care about getting all of he meat, tainting the meat with gut contents, and leaving with only 7 fingers...and even then I would need WAY longer to get it done.

Wow, impressive.

Not saying he's not fast, he definitely is. But the video starts with one of the most difficult parts already done. Getting started on the back legs. I'm sure he's still fast at that part, but it probably would have put him over 2 minutes.

That guy is way faster than me, but I bet idahobowman can do it that fast.
Tubby D Skinny Saggy and I once timed him cleaning 3 pigs including skinning 12 minutes total.

Putting air under the hide never hurts.
Dude is super fast. I would loose an arm and leg if I moved that fast with a knife in my hand.

That guy is awesome, there is another video of a guy boning out a deer, very impressive as well, those guys do it for a living and are very good at it.
