    Cream of Poblano soup

    Hands Down, my favorite soup!!!! Enjoy!!

    Cream Poblano Soup:

    10 Roasted Poblanos

    Rub Poblanos with olive oil & Charbroil on Broiler till chard & then place in zip lock bag to sweat & cool. Take and open pepper & seed it out and take wax off the pepper & drop into a gallon of 1/2 water, 1/2 Chicken Broth & boil and reduce. Cool it down & blend in a blender with some of its own broth that u boiled & strain into a pot to rebook then add:

    2 / Large Table spoon salt
    1/2 LargeTable SpoonWhite Pepper
    1 / lLargeTable spoon Of Garlic

    Bring to boil add roux till thicken to your consistency and add 1 quart of heavy whipping cream..
