When I purchased my home a little over a year ago there was a concrete pad in the back that had been poured many, many years ago. Not to discredit the guy who poured the pad, but he must have been a drunk. This thing was rough, was about 3-4 inches out of square. But hey, the pad was there and intact, that was the most expensive part already done.
