Default best bow sight

I will be upgrading this year! What is the best sight in the market for hunting? I shoot a Trophy Ridge vertical pin now.

I have been looking for a new sight myself. I bent one of my pins, not sure how, but it drives me nuts. Following.

Spot Hogg. Have a Real Deal on my Reezen and the Hogg-It on my Z7 Magnum. Both have the bullet proof pins. I have had both of my bows fall over onto hard packed ground, no damage to the sights and no lose of accuracy. Built like a tank.

It's extremely easy to adjust spot hogg sights. Once you learn it, you'll wonder why you ever used another sight.

I use them and CBE. I have 3 sights I switch between, I only use my Spot Hogg Hogg It for 3d with 7 pins.

i have not had any problems either of mine. i have a real deal 3 pin wrapped with the small housing and a 5 pin real deal with the large. both are awesome, will be buying another when i get another bow.

there are two gang adjustments and each of the pins is fully adjustable with the use of a small allen wrench.

I personally love vertical pins. Trophy Ridge makes the Alpha 5 which has been great. My only concern is with the pins. They can be bent. It is my top sight but I want to see if there is something better.

I love my spot hogg hunter. I had an iq sight for about 3-4 weeks and took it off and put on the spot hogg.

I have had a couple Spot Hoggs's and really enjoyed them. On my newest bow I got a Fuse Carbon Interceptor and absolutely love it, Micro adjusts are so easy the locks are easy, FO are super bright. compacts sight and durable. HHA Blue burst screws in the back for a light.

Saw Pigman pitching it on his latest show. Set the 20 & 30 yard pins and the rest set themselves. They are pricey ($155), but I think I may give it a try when I replace my current one.

I saw an article relating Trophy Ridge`s new React sight in the Bowhunters magazine december issue.

I really liked all the improvements on this sight, not just the shape, color and kinda soft touch coat, the pin adjustment is real easy and quick, it retails something around 150 dls.

Seems like it`s time for me to change that single pin Truglo`s on my Rampage and give a try to what it seems a state of the art sight.

I really like the new Apex Axim. Comes with push button light that will screw in from top or bottom. 4 pins (.019) Are Very bright without light and Has toolless micro click adjustments. Has glow in dark shooter ring and can accept a scope lens (never used one). It also has a removable screw in sun shade (not sure how much it helps). The coating is also soft to the touch and reduces noise when/if you bump it.

Axcel Armortech. I tried the Spott Hogg and thought the pins were too thick on longer distance shots.

I stared using the IQ a few months ago, it is a pain to set up the retina lock, but once that was done I loved it. I don't get to shoot as much as I would like and it really seems to help with form and hand torque. The retina lock is easy to pick while you're lining your pins and is a good reminder to focus on form. It was well worth the money in my opinion.

Just got back from the ATA show and I was very impressed with the CBE Tek Hybrid. You can get them with 1 up, 3 or 5 pin horizontal. It is an adjustable sight with a built in rheostat light and also has a 45 degree sight tape so you don't have to move your bow to see what distance you are at.

I've got a spot hogg, but stays in the box most of the time because of HHA. Wasn't sure when i bought it, but super feeling to dial up 80yds and let one rip. On the other hand if i was headed to Africa or Alaska the spot hogg would be bolted back on.

I'm not sure what the best is but HHA is a great single pin sight and Sword makes a good multi pin sight. Whatever sight it is, I prefer 0.010" pins with the option of a light.
