My "Lazy guy" tip of the week: if you have a sawzall, cut the nails between the slats and the vertical standing timbers to get them apart easier.

The stand is looking great.

Still watching. Planning on starting mine by this weekend.

I have some wood screws that I bought years ago for putting up a wood fence that I plan on using instead of nails.

As for the floor, I plan to use 2 pallets for the floor then put a piece plywood on top of it. But do want to use the boards for the outside.

I also think I'm going to build mine in sections so I can move it easily and do final assembly at the lease.
