I have "sack size" bags that will work perfectly

Live crawfish are now being sold in Cajun Land as I'll post up weekly to give everyone an idea of prices

Going rate as of 1-15-12 .... $3.99 / lb ... Prices will definitely come down as the season progresses

I dont like doing things last minute. I would like to get them started the first part of Feb. that way I can work around other jobs being run and not have to rush.

Kevin, I believe this is the complete list, but let's wait till Friday to make sure we have everybody. Saturday the 21st just go with what we have. We can pick them up Saturday early at the Nanza and we can set you up a table so you can collect and issue the shirts.

They are lining out the Team Map for the event. I requested we have concrete to serve and prep and then grass/dirt to boil. This will keep our operations away from the crowds. I also requested we be placed near a hose pipe for flushing, cleaning and filling. If you have any insight, comment on the Team Layout thread, here....
