    Video Editing

Those of you that post up video's, what program do you use to edit them?

I have a few clips that I'm wanting to play around with. One is of a young Bobcat that I called to within a few feet of my stand. It's several minutes long with some terrible movement and slow periods where the cat shows extreme patience.

    Thanks.

Been using Adobe Premiere Elements. I'm still learning but its worked really well for me.

What i really like about it is it will download straight to Youtube.

Here is some videos I've done http://bigboyshunts.blogspot.com/

I used iMovie on mac. Windows has Movie Maker if you don't want to buy a program.

              Thanks for the info.

I've looked at PS Premier on my daughters comp but it doesn't look very user friendly.

If you have a PC look into Adobe Premier or Final Cut Pro for Mac.

I used to use Windows Movie Maker. But when I bought a new computer, I discovered that the new Movie Maker is rather stripped down in features compared to the old one, which is why I started using Pinnacle Studio 14. I briefly tried Sony Vegas and Adobe Premier Elements. I may not have given them a fair trial, but they just didn't seem very user friendly to me. Since I was used to Movie Maker, I already had sort of a preconcieved notion on how video editing software should work and Pinnacle is the most similar and also intuitive of those I've tried. My only gripe about Pinnacle is it occasionally stops responding on my system. But when I shut it down and restart it, it normally recovers all my work right where I left off. (Every now and then I lose a few minutes of work.) I also wish they made a 64 bit version of it. I'm considering upgrading to Pinnacle Studio v15.
