Talking Remmi Finds Big Hagerman Buck!!!

Got called last night from Dale love about a track on Hagerman and I was more than willing to go out. Soon after Justin called me and we got everything figured out and were going to meet at the Wal-Mart in Sherman.

It was about 12:30 A.M. before we made it out to Hagerman and started headed back to where the trail was. While on the way back to the blood trail we get stuck and nearly slid off into a creek bed. Finally we decided to get unstuck later and go find the deer.

After about 20 - 30 minutes of looking for the little orange flag that marked the last spot we were finally tracking. 20 minutes later this is what Remmi found

Congrats to Justin on a Helluva a buck and giving me the chance to put Remmi on it.

Congratulation to the Justin, Matt and Remmi!

How far had the buck traveled? Was the shot too far back, or did he just not leave a blood trail? What unit was he shot in? We need the full story, man!

All together the buck traveled over 400 yards. The was a little back clipping the backside of the liver and the gut. They had a great blood trail but a light rain and drizzle washed it out and they could no longer find any more blood..

Do not know the name of the unit he was shot in. Sorry.
