Howdy all,

We’re hosting a BBQ & property preview Friday, August 6 from 10AM – 1PM on a 357 acre tract on the Colorado River that we have just listed for sale. This property is located in Mills County North of Richland Springs, South of Brownwood, West of Goldthwaite, & NE of Brady.

Features include a 9,000 sqft lodge (4,500sqft hvac), high fencing, a 2,400sqft covered outdoor river pavilion, 7 water wells, outdoor kitchen/fire pit, 3 ponds, & 1.72 miles of Colorado River Frontage.

This would make a great family retreat or deer breeding operation.

There will be a drawing for a weekend stay at the ranch including fishing, hog hunting, and a management buck hunt.

C'mon fellas. I know some of you could easily peal off just under 3 bills for this place!

Think about it! River fishing, artifact hunting, huge deer, hogs, 4500sqft lodge, covered pavilon, ponds.

Serious question. Do most folks finance this caliber of property or do they purchase with cash up front?

I've always heard the majority of multi-million dollar properties are not financed and wondered if theirs any truth to this.
