Congrats Wesley. I was at a party Saturday when James Dominey showed me the picture. I almost fell in the fire. Nick called last night and said the pictures don't do it justice.
Heard it cost you a whopping 500 bucks for your tag. I'll give you double your money back.

Yea, we know a celebity now, don't we Justin? I talked to Wesley yesterday and plan to go look at it this weekend myself. Everyone says that pics don't do it justice as well. The biologist, which is an official scorer got him at 292 last night and he is set up to get it scored in LaGrange in Jan. after the 60 day drying period.

Very nice. Congratulations.

What county was he in?

By the way, I knew something like this was going to happen... the weather sucked all of last week for the last week of archery season (before gun season). It was in the 70's all week, and the big boys were just laying up and waiting - then the cold front blew in during Friday evening's hunt (the last hunt for bow hunters before having to take 9 days off). I heard they had a foot of snow on the ground yesterday. Just my luck... Hopefully, timing will be better next year.

The great thing about Nebraska bucks is it doesn't take long to judge them. If you have to look at one for more than about a second and a half before deciding whether or not to shoot, he's not big enough.
