It's just a couple miles to the NW outside of the loop around Paris. I just plugged the intersection of 79 and Caviness Rd into my Garmin and it took me right to it.

Take 79 off the loop to Caviness. It's about a 1/4 mile up Caviness from there. There's a big sign for the club at the intersection. Very easy to find.
