This guy showed up last night after dinner. I took these from inside my living room. I wanted to step outside to take these pictures but decided not to chance spooking him off.

I don't know of a particular place that's 10 or more acres for sale but they're places around that are for sale. I will say that 10 acres out here is pretty pricey. We've got 4 acres and if I wanted more, I'd buy raw land somewhere else and get 100 acres for what 10-15 go for here. The area and schools here are great and we don't see ever moving unless we buy a big place and the kids are out of school. Good luck on finding something and hit me up for a cold "drink" if you move this way.
