They are ver very good bbq. I take I cup of bbq sauce, 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 sauteed purple onion, 2 table spoons minced garlic and mix all of this together. Place tin foil on grill and put legs on top of this. Sprinkle with favorite cajun seasoning and baste legs with sauce. Cooks in about 10 minutes. If you can find Jack Miller BBQ sauce in Texas use this it works best. It is made with minced garlic, onions, and peppers in the sauce.
Another good way is to add them in with your crawfish or shrimp etoufee esp. the front legs and backs instead of throwing them away.

SAUTEED FROGS' LEGS
Frogs' legs, 4 pairs person
Dry white wine
1 bay leaf, crushed
Seasoned flour
Butter
1/2 tsp. onion flakes
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. minced parsley
Marinate frogs' legs overnight in wine and bay leaf. Drain well on paper toweling. Roll legs in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Saute in heavy skillet in butter until golden brown and tender. Remove to heated platter. Add onion, sour cream and parsley to pan. Mix well and heat almost to boiling. Ladle over frogs' legs and serve.

I like to grill em. Seasen em how ya like, but I've found that if you use a grilling basket (the ones that clamp down so you can flip everything at once), it makes things MUCH easier. Frog legs are pretty delicate so they tend to fall apart on a grill, but the basket makes it REALLY easy. Hope this helps.
