    Frog Legs

Which is the best way to cook frog legs... without frying them?

I've never had them any other way. They're so tender, I doubt that you could simmer them in any type of gravy.

Do them like every other piece of meat that is question on here.

Wrap them up in bacon and jalepeno and toss 'em on the grill.

They are ver very good bbq. I take I cup of bbq sauce, 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 sauteed purple onion, 2 table spoons minced garlic and mix all of this together. Place tin foil on grill and put legs on top of this. Sprinkle with favorite cajun seasoning and baste legs with sauce. Cooks in about 10 minutes. If you can find Jack Miller BBQ sauce in Texas use this it works best. It is made with minced garlic, onions, and peppers in the sauce.

Another good way is to add them in with your crawfish or shrimp etoufee esp. the front legs and backs instead of throwing them away.

taste like chicken. IT is a very white and clean meat. It is juicy and cooks much faster than chicken.

I like to grill em. Seasen em how ya like, but I've found that if you use a grilling basket (the ones that clamp down so you can flip everything at once), it makes things MUCH easier. Frog legs are pretty delicate so they tend to fall apart on a grill, but the basket makes it REALLY easy. Hope this helps.
