I got a pic of the moon Friday night, but not one like these. As my daughter and I sat around a fire out back, the screech owls came to visit. My daughter kept urging me to try and get a pic of the moon, but as it was early in the evening, I knew I couldn't catch it the way she was seeing it... and then this happened.

Oh, great pics guys! The eclipse was obscured by clouds in my area so I didn't get up for it.

I know its not good but I did take it with an Iphone 4s through a spotting scope.
