Need some opinions on this East Texas deer

What are yalls opinions on this deer? I believe he is 3-1/2yr old and I'm torn between trying to let him reach 4-1/2+ because neighbors and most people in East Texas would kill on sight

I think he's young too.

Don't be THAT neighbor! Take a chance and see what happens. If he's made it this far he's got a pretty good chance of making it the rest of the way.

I don't see him being over 3.5. If I had a history with him, I would probably let him walk. If he was a roamer and walked up on a hunt, I would probably have to shoot. Those brows are a once in a lifetime
