I've seen a few deer,no hogs but a bunch of dogs barking...and from reading the reviews I don't think there's any hogs there

I sat out there from 0530-1000 and saw 1 small doe and a squirrel. Didn't have much luck.

Yup, I'm familiar with the area. I lived near Geronimo yrs ago. Saw lots of deer but never hogs in the area. Hmmmm

We take a group of kids from Round Rock to Tall Pines Exotics. Good people, We always kill a bunch of hogs. It is not canned, but it is not super tough either. $75.00/hunter a weekend. Decent cabin, awesome food both included. There is a Kill fee per hog.

It is a great value though......we leave Friday for the 4th trip we have made out there.

                    It is in Centerville, Texas

Well, I'm gonna go out to this place in the morning with my boy. Our original place cancelled on us at the last minute and I couldn't break his heart by telling him the hunt was off. He's so excited to finally get a chance to get out in the woods. Whether he shoots or doesn't is not important to him.....or me. We are just excited to go out and "hunt". I'll post up tomorrow night and fill you in.

Here's the 5 shot group my boy shot today while sighting in his Remington 700 308 for tomorrow morning's hog hunt, just a tad over .3 MOA.

Well, so far we've seen a nice 6pt buck, we can also hear turkey off in the distance, but the oink oinks are a no show still. My boy is having fun though.....and I'm freakin cold. Brrrrr
