Landowner woes [emoji6]

Saturday morning I shot a Doe and dropped it off at the processor.

Yesterday, Wednesday, they call me and say it’s done.
I picked it up tonight, on the way home. My first stop was his house. I let him pick what and how much he wanted.
He takes 1 pkg of cube steak and 1 pkg of burger. I’m guessing 1lb each.
I offered him Sausage, blackstrap, tenderloin, cutlets, more burger he’s like nope this is what I want and all I want.

I honestly thought he’d take more, which I was/am ok with.

Same here. Sausage and jerky is all I do with deer.

Maybe he realized there isn’t a lot left after a doe is processed and did want to take all your meat.

A 75lbs dressed doe, doesnt yield a whole bunch of meat after its processed.
