    Week 6 first shot challenge

    Sorry for the wait!

This is a timing challenge, tried to think of a way to make the point of aim come and go rapidly...

    here goes.

suspend a tennis ball from a string.

draw a dot that is 1/4 inch in diameter on the center of the ball as it faces the shooter....

give the ball a good twist so it spins back and fourth, back up to 10 yards and shoot, 6 yards for youngsters.

you have 5 seconds to shoot after you twist it, so back up fast (don't want to wait for it to slow too much)

closest to the dot wins. s

I sure hope i make it home by Sat so I can try this one

    Good luck!

    Jon

LOL, I can already tell you this old man ain't up to the task.

I'll get a kick out of watching you youngsters try it though.

I'm not sure that I can move that fast to make 10 yds in 5 sec, then shoot, let alone hit anything! I gave up on that "Moving fast" thing about 40 years ago, now i just "Get around to it"!

Lol my bad... let's say no time limit just make sure it's still moving. My only goal was to try and shoot at a shifting point of aim on a moving target

Are you supposed to spin the ball so it spins like a top or swing it so it goes back and forth like a pendulum.

phillip, spins like a top but the twist in the string should make it go back and forth.

                      Nice Shot Little John!
