Don't want to clutter up other thread more than I already have lol.....I think I am going with the creedmore with 24" barrel...What would be a good scope in the maybe 5-800 dollar range....Will be mostly for hunting but would like to do some target shooting eventually maybe out to 5-700 yards....

Take a look at the Nikon Black X1000 line. They have 4-16 models and 6-24 models. -

If cabelas still have the Zeiss conquest hd5 on sale then that is the ticket. Otherwise up your budget some. Custom rifle deserves good glass.

I’ve always had <$200 scopes, but I finally bit the bullet this past year and got a VX3i and a VX5. Now I know these aren’t in the higher tier, but after I put them on and did some shooting, I can’t tell you how bad my Nikon Muzzleloader scope looks now lol.
