Not a fully mature black panther. I believe they are like blackbuck. They turn color with age

My dil has a pic of a lion and a couple of the hounds that treed him in a dead cedar from his ranch back in the 70's to 80's. His place was between Uvalde and Rocksprings. There's a lion report from down in that area every year or two from govt. trappers and livestock folk.

We are just south of Utopia and have seen a lion before a couple years ago. I’ve never seen one in person but family has.

We’re south as well, north of the cell tower. This is our first pic of one. Hopefully he’s passing thru or he slips up and we get him. I don’t like losing cattle, he maybe our culprit.

On 187? The tower that is on the east side of the road about half way between Sabinal and utopi? We are very close to there.
