SOMETHING TO GET YOUR JUICES FLOWING!

Sea salt & fresh cracked black pepper. Let sit seasoned for a hour or so on the counter so its not cold/room temp. Let rest 10 minute for a plate full of juices for dipping is a must. We all love dipping!

AC, you should really try the "Killer fajita recipe" in the recipe section. I've tweaked it a bit (less salt than stated) but you'll probably never cook fajitas any other way.

Where do they sell the black stone griddle? I know Amazon has them, but I would rather find one local.

Did chicken breasts for salads last night. I need to get back to cooking a few of them and making rice and vegetables for lunch at work more often.

How bad is the grease/oil splatter around the griddle? Like if it was on my back patio, will it splatter oil around it on the floor while cooking?
