I had some awesome fish tacos in Michigan this summer and they inspired these nachos. A new twist on an old fave. Homemade tortilla chips, grilled bass, black beans, and plenty of cheese! We LOVED these nachos. And if you have leftover grilled fish from fish tacos they're ready in minutes.
