Contact your local lawn sprinkler guys, we get all of the old PVC we want for free, it works perfect for these. Lord knows how many we have sank in various locals

I have about $4.00 in this one and that was for the ready mix that i used to put some weight in the bottom. The rest was left over parts from odd jobs around the house.

What the material list?

5 gallon bucket, 3/4" PVC, 1/2" PVC, 3/8" fiberglass rods, hand full of old aluminum arrows, 1 sack of ready mix quick crete, 6 1/2" PVC connectors, 50' of 550 para cord, 1 old float i found, and a weight for the float.

I just took and tried to make everything as random as possible when i put the limbs on. It works well if you can drill the holes so when you put the limbs in they are in a bind so you don't need to glue them.
