Mammoth ivory hunter ready for scrimshaw

I've been planning this knife since at least January. It is 154CM stainless with an 800 grit hand finish, polished 416 stainless double bolsters, and interior mammoth ivory. Next it is going to a scrimshaw artist for a bobcat on one side, coyote on the other. It will end up in Kansas City.

Very nice, clean, functional design. The right artwork will set it off nicely.

Clean slate man!! Nice job! Following for the finished product. I use to love watching the scrimshaw artist on front street back home in Maui. These guys had some skilz at carving whale bone and ivory. It's an art for sure. This will be a sweet knife.

This is one of the guys work on some walrus ivory
